Are ground pegs included with the jumping castle?

Yes, pegs are included with every rental to ensure the jumping castle is safely secured.

Is delivery and collection included in the price?

Delivery and collection are not included in the base price. A R250 delivery fee applies for addresses within the first 30km radius from our base in Pretoria East.

How does delivery and pickup work, and when are these scheduled?

We typically deliver on Thursdays and Fridays and collect on Mondays and Tuesdays. We’ll confirm your exact times when you book to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Is an operator required for the rocket attraction, or is one provided?

The rocket attraction requires an operator, which is available at an additional hourly cost. Please note, operators are only available until 4 PM.
